Our design department took into account the six-year production history of the V4 Panigale, which previously required two different exhaust systems for the 2018-2022 and 2023-2024 models. However, this time we have developed a single exhaust system that fits all production years from 2018 to 2024—something our competitors do not offer.
The Panigale exhaust can be fitted to the Streetfighter, but we also offer a version specifically designed for the Streetfighter. This Streetfighter-specific version does not include the fairing grommet brackets found in the Panigale model, as they are unnecessary for the Streetfighter. If you prefer to use the Panigale version for your Streetfighter, perhaps with plans to transfer it to a Panigale in the future, then that option can also be chosen.
This exhaust system removes the heavy and bulky stainless steel headers and catalytic converter, resulting in significant weight saving. This leads to improved suspension performance, noticeable enhancements in acceleration, change of direction, and reduced stopping distances.
In addition, the high-mounted design and its longer length result in improved mid-range torque and peak horsepower.
The mufflers are adequately spaced to allow exhaust gases to pass around the large Euro number plates and aftermarket tail tidies.
Each muffler comes with removable Db killers accessed via removable mesh end plates for those who want to reduce the noise but still enjoy a great sound; however, the Db killers will not reduce noise to meet European or Californian regulations

Titanium makes this exhaust very light at only 7.5kg, which is a massive weight saving over the OEM catalytic exhaust and significantly reduces radiated heat from the motorcycle's underside, improving rider comfort in summer and giving better access to the bottom of the engine for maintenance.
Tuning: A qualified technician must tune this exhaust system using a chassis dynamometer for optimal performance.
