Vandemon Exhaust systems are designed to deliver both maximum performance and style, along with a great sound. We use the latest manufacturing techniques and exotic materials such as Titanium, resulting in a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention compared to the OEM system. Additionally, the weld quality is top-notch, with ultrasonically perfect welds that Ducati clients would expect and appreciate from such an iconic motorcycle brand, further enhancing the marque's greatness.

APPEARANCE

The surface finish is a natural brushed finish. When heated, it changes to an iridescent blue and red. Titanium has an advantage over stainless steel because it won't stain, corrode, or ever need polishing. This is due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance. It also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.

MANUFACTURE

We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and creates an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
